Information

Hosted by CIGI, this closed-door Track 1.5 Dialogue will convene approximately 30 senior participants from governments, think tanks and academia across multiple countries to examine emerging global AI risks, including scenarios involving catastrophic loss of control.

With a particular focus on how middle powers and other influential governments can contribute to international cooperation, participants will explore potential risk scenarios, diplomatic and policy options, and the practical steps needed to strengthen global safeguards.

Discussions will take place under the Chatham House Rule, with the aim of informing a practical roadmap for government action on shared AI safety and security challenges.

Attendance: Strictly by invitation only. This is an independently organized, off-the-record event hosted by CIGI and is not managed by the AI Safety Foundation. All inquiries regarding participation, invitations and venue details should be directed to the organizers, as AISF is unable to provide further information or coordinate access to this session.
