AI Safety Week | Day 4: AI Safety at Societal Scale - CAISI Research Program at CIFAR Annual Meeting 2026

Now in its second year, CIFAR's CAISI Research Program Annual Meeting brings together leading Canadian researchers and stakeholders to advance shared questions in AI safety. The afternoon will feature research showcases spanning technical and socio-technical approaches, a facilitated World Café examining AI's risks to democratic and social systems, a keynote and a networking reception.
